HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P. Nos. 3680 and 3692 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:- Sri Uma Sankar Lokanadham, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that this Court, in identical circumstances, allowed W.P. No. 9655 of 2016 and batch by Common Order dated 02.12.2016 and the present two writ petitions are squarely covered by that common order, as such, these two writ petitions may also be disposed of in terms of the observations made therein. This fact is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.

In view of the above submission and following the Common Order dated 02.12.2016 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 9655 of 2016 and batch, the present writ petitions are allowed in the same terms as observed in the covered judgment. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
