HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.33853 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in interfering with the manufacturing, sale and distribution of petitioner's bio-products as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the subject matter in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11336 of 2009 dated 11.06.2009. He further submitted that this Court followed the same decision in W.P.No.5039 of 2010 dated 05.03.2010. It is not the case of the respondent that the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11336 of 2009 dated 11.06.2009 have been stayed or suspended as on today. Therefore, it is binding on the respondents.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.11336 of 2009 dated 11.06.2009. No order as to costs.
