THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.21775 AND 22145 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the lis in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the orders of this court in W.P.No.26929 of 2017 dated 31.10.2016 and the same is not disputed by Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health, appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing counsel for respondents 3 and 4. Since it is stated that the representations of the petitioners in both the writ petitions dated 15.06. 2018, 20.06.2018 and 16.06.2018 respectively, are stated to be pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to take action and dispose of the same.
In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the cases, the competent authority is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners noted above, in terms of the judgment of this court dated 31.10.2016 passed in W.P.No.26929 of 2016 and batch.
