THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10629 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.251 of 2014 on the file of III Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, registered for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law, including filing of petition for discharge. 3 Permission is accorded.

4. In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
