O R D E R
Aggrieved by the action of respondents 5 and 6 - police authorities, in interfering with the civil dispute and threatening the petitioner to stop the construction over the subject property and in threatening him to sell away the same at a throw away price to the 7th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of the 6th respondent - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Bahadurpura Police Station, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad, stating that till date no complaint has been either received or registered against the petitioner. The unofficial respondent No.
7 approached the 6th respondent and orally requested to stop the construction activity of the petitioner in the subject property as criminal case has been registered against the petitioner and sought to take up the investigation. To know the veracity of the complaint, petitioner was contacted over phone. It is further stated that these respondents never interfered with the civil dispute and that they never required the petitioner to stop construction or threatened to dispose of the subject property to unofficial respondent No.7 as alleged.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that respondents 5 and 6 shall not interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 7th respondent. However, this order will not preclude the respondents 5 and 6 in conducting investigation in accordance with law.
