THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 21010 OF 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for respondent No. 3-workman has informed this Court that respondent No. 3-workman was reinstated into service in pursuance of the orders passed by Labour Court, Anantapur, in I.D.No. 3 of 1994 dated 24-03-2004 and contended that in view of compliance of the orders passed by Labour Court, the case has become infructuous. Learned standing counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the same.

In view of the above said submission of both learned counsel, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
