HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.492 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., seeking to withdraw A.S.No.1 of 2008 on the file of the Court of VI Additional District Judge, at Kadapa, and transfer the same to the court of Additional District Judge, at Tirupathi, for disposal in accordance with law.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this transfer petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
