No representation for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.2 would submit that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed on 08.03.2016 before the learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, and the same was assigned C.C.No.355 of 2016 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
