THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 826 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 21.06.2016, passed in W.P.No.526 of 2015. This Court disposed of the said writ petition directing respondent No.2 therein to take appropriate action on the certificate/s submitted by respondent No.4 therein after receiving report from the authorities concerned and after giving opportunity to respondent No.4.

Today, it is represented that the report was received with regard to the qualifications obtained by respondent No.4 in the writ petition. In the said report, it is stated that the certificate produced by respondent No.4 was genuine and an order was passed stating that no further action is required with regard to the promotion of respondent No.4 at this juncture. It appears that W.P.No.22726 of 2012 filed by the petitioner is pending and if he has any grievance, it is open to him to raise all the points in that writ petition.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
