HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33068 of 2010 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed challenging the seizure of the petitioner's bus bearing registration No.AP 02 X 8758 under proceedings dated 27.11.2010 by the respondent-Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Anantapur.

This Court by interim order dated 29.12.2010 directed release of the vehicle pending disposal of the writ petition. Now, the enquiry is pending before the respondent. The release of the vehicle would be subject to the orders to be passed by the enquiring authority.

In the circumstances, in view of the interim order dated 29.12.2010, this writ petition is disposed of by making it clear that the release of the vehicle shall be subject to the further orders to be passed by the competent authority in the pending proceedings. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
