These two Criminal Petitions, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C') are filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.349 of 2019 of Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354A, 354-D, 506, 507 and 109 I.P.C.

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 as well as the de facto complainant filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.7182 of 2019 and I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.2889 of 2019 to permit them to compromise the case and to record the compromise between them.

The de facto complainant as well as the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 also filed their individual sworn affidavits, duly attested by their respective counsel. Along with aforesaid petitions, the de facto complainant and the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 have filed Joint Memo, inter alia stating that the de facto complainant lodged the present F.I.R. due to misunderstanding and she did not wish to proceed further with the present crime as such, the de facto complainant has no objection to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 in the subject crime.

Today, both the parties are present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. They also filed Aadhar cards in proof of their identity. This Court, when examined, both the parties have stated that due to misunderstanding the de facto complainant lodged the present F.I.R. and she has no objection if the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 in the subject crime are quashed. 5.
In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the joint compromise memo filed by the both parties is taken on record and I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.7182 of 2019 and I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.2889 of 2019 are ordered. 6.
Accordingly, the both the Criminal Petitions are allowed in terms of compromise, and the proceedings in Crime No.349 of 2019 of Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5.
