THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24624 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner seeks refund of a sum of Rs.45,000/- paid by him towards advance for running the Trade Fair Exhibition from 10.04.2017 to 24.05.2017, as, the second respondent - Telangana State Wakf Board, rep. by its Chief Executive Officer, Nampally, Hyderabad, failed to allot the land for conducting the same.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Wakf Board appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is not entitled to the aforesaid relief, as, he had approached the second respondent after lapse of two years.

Admittedly, as on date, the petitioner was not informed whether he is entitled to the refund of the money paid by him. However, his grievance is non-consideration of his representation dated 22.05.2017 therefor.

In those circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the second respondent to take decision on the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2017 and

CKR, J W.P.No.24624 of 2019 communicate the same to him within a period of four (4) weeks from today.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
