ORDER

Challenging the action of respondents 1 to 5 in not making the construction of Primary Health Centre in S.No.88/1 of Vakathippa Village, U.Kothapalli Mandal, East Godavari District, pursuant to the proceedings issued by the District Collector on 15.2.2001, the present writ petition is filed. This Court by an order dated 6.8.2009 granted interim stay of construction of office building in some other place other than the place indicated in the proceedings of the District Collector, dated 15.2.2001.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the stay granted, the building was constructed in the originally allotted place indicated by the District Collector vide proceedings dated 15.2.2001 and in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
