This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.3 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.133 of 2018 of Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 21.05.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, referred the said crime as "civil in nature" on 28.02.2019 and a final report is filed before Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Excise Cases, Nampally, Hyderabad.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
