HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 7189 of 2019 ORDER:

The learned Addl.Public Prosecutor submits that the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication as Cr.No.439 of 2019 on the file of the Jubilee Hills Police Station at Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 427 IPC, has already been closed due to lack of evidence.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
