Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition with regard to selection of beneficiaries under the Deepam scheme by referring to the conditions prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.3, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS.I-CCS) Department, dated 26.02.2015.

Granting liberty as sought, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
