When the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No. 1-State while furnishing a copy of Letter dated 16.07.2024 issued by the SubInspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, submitted that this matter has become infructuous and the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive as investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed on 26.O4.2022 and prayed to close this criminal petition. The Letter dated 16.d7.2024 filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.l-State, issued by the Sub-lnspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, is taken on record.
