HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21505 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.4 in interfering with the civil disputes amongst the family members of the petitioner and in coercing the petitioner to come to police station and settle the issues with the 5th respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the oral complaint of the 5th respondent and his wife, the 3rd respondent called the petitioner to the police station for enquiring into the said allegations; and that the petitioner did not turn up to the police station. It is also stated that the 3rd respondent never called the petitioner to the police station, except on the said date for enquiry and also never insisted the petitioner for settling the dispute with the 5th respondent. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5 and also not to interfere with the life and liberty of the

petitioner, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
