THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33485 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition came to be filed questioning the order of suspension dated 06.11.2013 passed by the second respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri B.Srinarayana, learned counsel representing Sri M.Ravindranadh Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4, represented that suspension has been revoked on 04.12.2014.

In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
