This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 04.5.2018 passed in E.A.No.23 of 2018 in E.P.No.10 of 2017 in R.C.No.269 of 2011 on the file of the 3rd Rent Controller at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
