This application is filed seeking to condone delay of 74 days in filing review petition.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with this application, this application is ordered.

Learned counsel for review petitioner seeks review recall of common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23775 of 2024, dated 26.12.2024.

Learned counsel for review petitioner submits that the writ petition was not decided on merits and therefore, based on the dismissal of SLP No.6835 of 2025 on 04.04.2025 before the Supreme Court, which was filed against the common order dated 26.12.2024, the review petitioner is

W.P.No.23775 of 2024 not precluded to raise the question on merits. She further submits that the Writ Court erred in not examining the merits of the case.

The other side opposed the petition and supported the common order of this Court.

We do not find any reason to exercise the review jurisdiction. The common order dated 26.12.2024 passed by this Court is very clear reasons for not interfering were also very clearly mentioned in the analysis part. Furthermore, the said common order was unsuccessfully challenged before the Supreme Court in SLP No.6835 of 2025.

We do not find any error apparent on the face of the record and necessity to exercise review jurisdiction.

Accordingly, application is dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner raised all the contentions mentioned in the

W.P.No.23775 of 2024 affidavit filed along with this petition.

In this petition, the prayer of the petitioner is as follows:

"I, therefore, pray that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant me a certificate under Article 134A that the present case is a fit case for appeal to the Supreme Court under Article 133(1) of the Constitution against the judgment and order dated 26.12.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court."

As noticed in I.A.No.2 of 2025, against the common order dated 26.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23775 of 2024, SLP No.6832 of 2025 was filed before the Supreme Court same was dismissed by order dated 04.04.2025.

Therefore, question of granting certificate under Article 134A of Constitution does not arise.

This application is misconceived and is hereby dismissed.
