THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26339 of 2007 When the matter is called, a letter bearing Ref.No.TS/RO/Hyd/LC/2641 dated 21.06.2017 addressed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (L), Regional Office to Sri Jogram Tejavat, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4 and 5, is placed on record. The said letter reads as under: "It is to inform that the Managing Director, APSRTC, Produttur Depot has been requested to forward Form 10D from the Spouse or Children as the case may be along with relevant documents duly attested by the employer for taking further necessary action.

On receipt of the Form 10D with all requisite information/documents necessary action will be taken based on the rules prescribed in the Employee's Pension Scheme 1995.

You are requested to present the same before Hon'ble High Court".

Learned counsel for the petitioner requests that the contents of the said letter may be placed on record and the matter may be disposed of.

In view of the above said development, this Writ Petition is disposed of by placing on record the contents of the letter referred to supra. The respondents shall take action, as expeditiously as possible, in the matter.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
