Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner surrendering before the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Central Crime Section, Detective Department, EOW Team-II, Hyderabad vide order dated 22.08.2025, is extended by a period of one week from today.

In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.
