This petitioner is filed for a writ of Certiorari calling for the records in IA.No.7 of 2011 in A.O.S.No.35/96, dated 16.03.2012 on the file of the Agency Sub Judge-cum-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Paderu, Visakhapatnam District and consequentially to set aside the said order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that the petitioners have alternate remedy against the impugned order dated 16.03.2012 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy as may be available to them under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
