This civil revision petition is filed by the Decree Holder, under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 30.11.2015 passed in E.P.No.63 of 2012 in O.S.No.608 of 2008 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
