Heard before admission, the learned counsel for the appellants/ defendants and the learned counsel for the respondent/ plaintiff. From perusal of the material on record and the concurrent findings of the Courts below, there are no any substantial questions of law involved much less to admit and keep the matter pending for grant of any stay but for from the time sought to vacate reasonably of six months by the learned counsel for the appellants/ respondents to consider if at all, the maximum four months is granted from today to vacate by 30.04.2019. In the event of failure, it can not only to execute but also move for contempt of Court pursuant to the above direction. In the meantime towards damages for use and occupation fixed at Rs.3000/ -(Rupees three thousand only) per month. Accordingly, these two Second Appeals are disposed of.
