THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.19436 of 2006 ORDER :

When the matter was called on 30.01.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Today, when the matter has come up under the caption 'for dismissal', the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and informed the Court that as the request made by the petitioner has already been carried out by the respondents, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition are closed.
