It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners in all these writ petitions that the lis in these writ petitions are squarely covered by the Common Order of this Court dated 04.07.2017 in W.P.No.21708 of 2017 & batch. The same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are allowed in terms of the Common Order dated 04.07.2017 in W.P.No.21708 of 2017 & batch.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of these writ petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
