THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition Nos. 38412 & 38466 of 2013 Common Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) We do not want to entertain these writ petitions as we find that the allegation of the petitioners is absolutely speculative in nature. However, if there is any real threat, it would be open for the petitioners to take steps in accordance with law. The petitioners cannot approach the Writ Court at the first instance.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
