Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the authorities in respect of her grievance. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
