This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "... directing the 2nd respondent herein to transfer FIR No.247 of 2016 pending before 3rd respondent herein to the 4th respondent herein as was done in FIR No.187 of 2016 of PS, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad for common trial and investigation in both the crimes registered by the 3rd respondent."

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that Crime No.247 of 2016, which was pending before 3rd respondent was already transferred to 4th respondent. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
