Questioning the inaction of the third respondent in completing investigation and filing charge sheet in Crime No.165 of 2019 of Huzurnagar Police Station, Suryapet District, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 08.11.2019, which is placed on record before this Court, submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.165 of 2019 has been registered on the file of the third respondent police station on 06.07.2019 and the authorities took up investigation and L.Ws.1 to 6 were examined and recorded their statements. It is further stated that that the Investigating Officer deputed staff on 10.07.2019, 20.07.2019, 31.07.2019 and 04.08.2019 to Kasarabad Village to issue Notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. to the accused, but the accused was absconding. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the investigation in the matter is completed, except serving notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. to the accused, and after serving the notice to the accused person, a final report will be filed. He also submits that within a period of one month, the final report would be filed before the Court concerned.

In that view of the matter, inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner with regard to investigation stands redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter.
