THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6960 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents herein in terminating the petitioner services as computer operator in the 4th respondent office as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents herein to continue the petitioner's services as computer operator in the 4th respondent office treating as contract employee of the 1st respondent company and pass such other order or orders as are deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Sri B.Chandrasekhar, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Jagarlamudi Koteswari Devi, learned standing counsel for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 25.01.2016 to the 1st respondent and also communicated copies of the same to the other respondents. It is further requested by the learned counsel that necessary directions may be issued to the respondents to take appropriate action on the said representation by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the other side.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the respondents herein to pass appropriate

orders on the representation dated 25.01.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 03.03.2016 SS
