O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner/party-in-person in this case is as under: 'For the reasons stated that, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering application of the Petitioner for extension of parole period for a period of two months as arbitrary, illegal, violative of principles of natural justice apart from violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to extend the period of parole of the Petitioner i.e. Kanna Satheesh, Convict No.3269, S/o. Nageswarao, aged about 30 years, R/o. Thallathippa Village, Kothapalem Post, Nizampatnam Mandal, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh - 522 262 for a further period of two months i.e. from 13-02-2016 to 13-04-2016 as my mother is suffering from kidney ailment, pending disposal of the Writ Petition and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed before this Court a copy of Memo bearing No.576(P)/Legal/A1/2015 dated 12.02.2016 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Home (Legal) Department, Government of Telangana, rejecting the request of the petitioner/party-in-person for extension of his parole. In the light of this development, this writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the Memo dated 12.02.2016. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
