This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 25.11.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.244 of 2012 in Criminal Appeal No.27 of 2011 on the file of the Court of I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Karimnagar. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
