The petitioners have come up with above writ petitions challenging the refusal of the University to grant affiliation for certain courses. No interim orders were passed in these cases at the time of admission, since we found on facts that the petitioners did not deserve any interim order. Now the last date for counselling is also over. Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioners at this stage. Hence, the writ petitions are closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
