Arava Srinivas Reddy v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.21526 of 2018 ORDER:
Mr.D.V.Ramana Sarma, counsel for petitioners seeks liberty to file revision against the order impugned in the writ petition.
This Court is of the opinion that a revision, if is filed by the petitioners under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'), the grievances are considered and decided, keeping in view the jurisdiction conferred on the revisional authority by Section 9 of the Act and as held by this Court in Kuruva Hanumanthamma v. Prl. Secy., Revenue Dept., Hyderabad and others1.
The revisonal authority considers disposing of the revision as expeditiously as possible.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
