O R D E R

The prayer is against inaction of the respondents in considering the application of the petitioner's husband for sanction of Freedom Fighter's Pension.

Mr. G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly draws the attention of this court to the communication filed as annexure, and submits that in view of the disposal of the claim of the petitioner's husband by 1st respondent by order dated 18.4.2016 and for the reasons stated therein, petitioner is better advised to file a writ petition challenging the order dated 18.4.2016 and hence seeks leave of the court to withdraw the present writ petition, for filing the writ petition challenging the order dated 18.4.2016. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for.

No order as to costs.
