Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the cause in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
