THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 12117 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Though the petitioner has submitted the representation dated 04.02.2017 to the 2nd respondent Nagar Panchayat, Vemulawada bringing to its notice the illegal constructions being undertaken by the 3rd respondent in Survey No. 1788, Markandeya Colony, Vemulawada, Rajanna Sircilla District, adjacent to his house bearing No. 8-6-100/5, the same has not been attended to so far, is the grievance set out in this Writ Petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

Since the representation dated 04.02.2017 submitted by the petitioner has not been attended to so far, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
