The petitioner complains against inaction in disposing of representation dated 27.02.2017 as illegal and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the names of respondents 5 to 9 are included in possessor/ enjoyment column and the same is referred to as Sada Binama said to have been executed by petitioner. However, the petitioner is contesting the same. Admittedly, the issue is pending before the 4th respondent. On instructions, he submits that the 4th respondent will look into the representation as well as the request of respondents 5 to 9 expeditiously and pass orders in accordance with law. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
