The petitioner-A.1 among two accused including his mother A.2 of Cr.No.172 of 2018 of Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 IPC on the file of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Kukatpally, now seeking regular bail stating that he is in judicial custody from 10.05.2018. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing State and perused the First Information Report, bail application averments and material on record. The contents of First Information Report discloses the offence under Sections 304-B IPC which is altered on the memo filed by police after registration of the crime for suspicious death is within 7 years after marriage with a demand for additional dowry.

Further the petitioner went unsuccessful in seeking bail before the learned XV Addl.Sessions Judge, by order dt.21.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.2467 of 2018 of in seeking bail. Having regard to the above and from the investigation still in progress, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
