HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5421 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she made application on 30.01.2017 to the 2nd respondent requesting to conduct survey and fix boundaries in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-00 cents in Sy.No.222/2 of Malapalli Village, Mantralayam Mandal, Kurnool District. As no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.01.2017 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
