The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 in not taking up the representation/complaint dated 27.2.2017, submitted by the petitioner for consideration to modify/amend/cancel the layout permit No.6/LO/ORR/Plg/HMDA/2008 dated 29.11.2013, issued in the name of respondent No.7 with a modification to provide/develop the existing "6m" abutting road/access road of the petitioner to 12 m width approach road as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 1 & 2 are hereby directed to consider the representation dated 27.2.2017 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
