HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7218 of 2019 ORDER :
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.24 of 2018 on the file of the Addl. I Class Magistrate, Spl. Mobile (PCR) Court, Karimnagar. 2.
During the course of hearing, the only prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners-A1 and A2 is to direct the concerned Magistrate to dispose of the CC as expeditiously as possible.

In the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Addl. I Class Magistrate, Spl. Mobile (PCR) Court, Karimnagar, is directed to commence and conclude the trial in C.C.No.24 of 2018 on his file, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving unnecessary adjournments. However, during the pendency of trial in the above C.C., the personal appearance of the 2nd petitioner-A2 is dispensed with.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
