The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 16-07-2018 made in Crl.P.No.6595andtheorderdated: 20.03.2019in1.ANo. 1of2019inCrl.PNo.6595 of 2018 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K SURENDER Advocate for the Petitioners PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (TG) for the Respondent , Court made the following ORDER:- Heard both sides.
ln view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the condition modified by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2019 in l.A.No.1 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.6595 of 2018, is hereby relaxed.
Accordingly, 1.A., is ordered.
