This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, assailing the order dated 22.7.2011 passed in I.A. No.1233 of 2011 in O.S.No.288 of 2011 on the file of the Court of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 18.11.2016. In view of the disposal of the suit, the very purpose of filing of the appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
