HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6767 of 2015 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner-accused has been discharged of the subject crime on 24.01.2019 by the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police concerned. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
