Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent nos.1, 2, 3, 4 and 6; and Sri G. Narender Reddy, counsel for 5th respondent. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that the respondents are not taking steps for formation of new Chilpurgutta Gram Panchayat consisting of Chilpurgutta (hamlet of present Chilpur Gram Panchayat) and Marapallegudem (hamlet of Pallagutta Gram Panchayat) as per the proposal sent by Collector (Panchayat Wing) Jangaon to the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad vide letter in Rc.No.20/New G.Ps./2018/A, dated 31.01.2018. 3.

The petitioner is therefore granted liberty to make a representation to respondent nos.2 and 3 about the above grievance; and within six (06) weeks of submission of the said representation, the respondent nos.2 and 3 shall dispose of the same and communicate their decision to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
