HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS Writ Petition No.30468 of 2016 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the University to allow her to participate in the counselling and to treat her under Priority II(g) of G.O.Ms.No.111, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department, dated 03-9-2015, under the quota for NCC cadets.

2. Heard Mr. K.P. Abhi Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General and Mr. Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the University.

3. Priority II(g), is for candidates who have attended National Integration Camp at Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Leh, NER and Srinagar. The petitioner has not produced any certificate to show that she has attended National Integration Camp at any of these places. She has no doubt attended a camp at Darjeeling and Sikkim. But unfortunately it is not included under Priority II(g). Therefore, a direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, whatever certificates the petitioner holds, may be verified by the University and if at all the petitioner is entitled to be included in any one of the priorities under I, II or III, the same can be considered in accordance with the approval granted by the

NCC Directorate. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
